Queen Akta is portrayed on the obverse of the Spring note. She was the Mother of her people and the visionary leader of a nation, deep in the jungles of southern Venezuela.    Her decision to help the struggling colonists was crucial to the survival of Constonia.  The reverse displays new beginnings, vibrant strength:
the struggle to find a place in the world.  Spring is the time to assert yourself and join the Struggle for Power.
