The Secretary of the Treasury signature is Yasser Arafat, the former head of the PLO and the man who directed the years-long intifada against Isreal. Arafat masterminded decades of terror attacks including hijackings, bombings, shootings, and the infamous Olympics hostage-taking and murders in Munich. He received hundreds of millions of dollars in Aid from both Europe and America, yet his people remained in poverty and despair.

United States of Islam notes are similar to US currency size: measuring 2 1/2 x 5 3/4". They come packaged in standard US size archival plastic holders. Each Three Dollar note is printed on cream-colored security paper stock by a high resolution laser printer and is hand finished by the artist. Every note has a unique
serial number hand-stamped in purple ink and a seal printed in red ink.
